📅 At Official Memorabilia, our standard dispatch timeframes are approximately 20–25 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description or communicated separately.

📈 During peak periods - especially around the Premiership season (September to December) - dispatch times may be extended.

Tracking & Delivery

🚚 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with online tracking details from our logistics partner. This will allow you to follow your delivery from our door to yours, every step of the way.

✍️ All items are securely shipped via courier service - please note that PO Boxes are not accepted for courier deliveries. A signature is typically required upon delivery for verification. 

⏱️ Most deliveries occur between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time. If you are not home, a missed delivery card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

International & Drop-Ship Products

🛍️ Some products, particularly those imported from our international partners such as Upper Deck Authenticated and Icons UK, may be sourced on a drop-ship basis and are subject to availability. 

📦In the rare event we’re unable to procure an item to fulfill your order, we will provide a full refund for the affected product(s). Please allow additional processing time for imported items.
