📅 To help ensure your Official Memorabilia item arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order no later than Saturday, 7 December (excluding products stating 2026 delivery in the product description).
Due to Christmas office and warehouse closures from 22nd December - 12th January, all orders placed after the 7th of December will not be dispatched until February 2026.
📅 At Official Memorabilia, our standard dispatch timeframes are approximately 20–25 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description or communicated separately.
📈 During peak periods - especially around the Premiership season (September to December) - dispatch times may be extended.
📞If you require your item within a specific timeframe, we strongly recommend contacting our Customer Concierge Team before placing your order to ensure all relevant delivery details are clear.

Tracking & Delivery
🚚 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with online tracking details from our logistics partner. This will allow you to follow your delivery from our door to yours, every step of the way.
✍️ All items are securely shipped via courier service - please note that PO Boxes are not accepted for courier deliveries. A signature is typically required upon delivery for verification.
⏱️ Most deliveries occur between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time. If you are not home, a missed delivery card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
International & Drop-Ship Products
